Job Role & Responsibilities

As a QA Officer / Senior Officer – Documentation, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, compliant, and up-to-date documentation in line with cGMP and regulatory standards. Your key tasks will include:

• Issuance and control of QA documents.
• Batch order activities and updates in ERP systems.
• Oversight of the document room and maintenance of master records.
• Coordination with production and quality teams for documentation control.
• Ensuring compliance with data integrity and internal audit requirements.
• Preparing SOPs and reviewing controlled copies for audits.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining regulatory compliance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Life Sciences)
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in QA Documentation within a pharmaceutical company.
• Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory documentation standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems for document tracking.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong understanding of batch record documentation and compliance.
