Job Role & Responsibilities

The Regulatory Affairs – CIS Region role involves managing end-to-end regulatory submissions and lifecycle management for products across Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, compile, and review dossiers (CTD/eCTD format) for product registration and renewals.

• Handle product variation filings and regulatory updates in compliance with CIS health authorities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical documentation.

• Manage regulatory correspondence and queries with CIS agencies.

• Ensure timely submissions and approvals for new and existing products.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIS regulatory guidelines and market requirements.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields).
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably handling CIS or international markets.
Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and documentation standards.

• Experience in dossier compilation and submission tracking.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
