Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Case Processing Associate (Pharmacovigilance) at Wipro, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and compliant reporting of drug safety data. Your role contributes directly to global patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound calls and documenting adverse events, product complaints, and medical inquiries accurately using AE Intake tools.
• Recording critical information such as patient medical history, medication history, demographics, and physician details.
• Managing product complaints by capturing all relevant details—LOT/expiry, NDC, formulation, count, and strength.
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all pharmacovigilance reports.
• Submitting reports to global safety databases within defined timelines and in compliance with company SOPs.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Wipro’s Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) standards.
