Job Role & Responsibilities
Stallion Laboratories is hiring for Production and QC departments. All roles require strict adherence to cGMP, regulatory expectations, and documentation standards.
Production – Operator / FTE
Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma / ITI
Experience: 2–5 years (USFDA OSD facility experience mandatory)
Key responsibilities:
- Operate and manage compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing lines (CVC).
- Ensure line clearance, equipment cleaning, and operation as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and real-time entries.
- Follow cGMP guidelines, safety norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Support in-process checks, troubleshooting, and equipment readiness.
Quality Control – Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry or related discipline)
Experience: 2–5 years (USFDA OSD facility experience mandatory)
Key responsibilities:
- Perform HPLC analysis for finished products, in-process samples, and raw materials.
- Conduct routine chemical and instrumental analysis as per pharmacopeial methods.
- Manage documentation including chromatograms, analytical worksheets, and data verification.
- Support OOS/OOT investigations, deviations, and CAPA requirements.
- Ensure GLP standards and data integrity across QC operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Accepted degrees:
- B.Sc, Diploma, ITI (for Production)
- M.Sc (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry) (for QC)
Relevant courses include: Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Pharmacy, Instrumental Analysis, Pharmaceutical Technology.
Experience requirement:
- 2–5 years only
- Mandatory: Experience working in a USFDA-approved OSD facility
Additional skills:
