Job Role & Responsibilities

Executive – FAR&D (Formulation Analytical Research & Development)

Experience: 1–6 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharm

Key responsibilities:

• Perform analytical method development, troubleshooting and validation as per ICH and GMP expectations.
• Investigate non‑conforming samples and support CAPA activities with structured root‑cause analysis.
• Evaluate analytical data and prepare reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Draft and revise cGMP quality documents including SOPs, equipment procedures and investigation protocols.
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, Dissolution, KF, IC and perform sample preparation for varied dosage forms.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to facilitate smooth analytical support for development batches.
• Maintain GLP standards, ensure documentation completeness and support audit readiness.

Preferred skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to formulation QC, API QC or API AR&D (eligible profiles).

Eligibility / Qualifications

Accepted education: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis / Pharmaceutics, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharm

Relevant courses (comma‑separated): M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Analysis, M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, M.Sc Organic Chemistry, B.Pharm, HPLC Certification, GLP/GMP Training, ICH Q2(R2) Validation Course

Experience range: 1–6 years (FAR&D / QC / AR&D)
