Job Role & Responsibilities

The recruitment drive covers several technical and operational areas. Responsibilities vary across functions but revolve around core pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality operations.

Production – OSD & External Preparations (Jr. Officer/Officer)

• Support manufacturing of oral solid dosage and external preparation formulations.
• Monitor batch processing, granulation, compression, coating and packing stages.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, cGMP guidelines and safety practices.
• Maintain in-process documentation and batch records with accuracy.

QC – OSD (Officer/Sr. Officer)

• Perform routine and stability testing for raw materials, finished goods and in-process samples.
• Carry out analytical tests using techniques such as HPLC, UV, GC and wet chemistry.
• Review results, track deviations and follow documentation controls.
• Support data integrity compliance and OOS investigations.

QA – IPQA / QMS / Documentation (Officer/Sr. Officer)

• Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing.
• Monitor QMS activities including deviation handling, CAPA and change controls.
• Maintain controlled documents, revise SOPs and ensure compliance readiness.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.

Engineering – HVAC / Utilities / Maintenance (Officer/Sr. Officer)

• Manage routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Oversee HVAC operations, cleanroom environmental control and calibration activities.
• Ensure utilities compliance and maintain engineering documentation.
• Work closely with production and QA to support uninterrupted operations.

Apprentice / Operator (Fresher)

• Assist in production or quality workflows under supervision.
• Learn equipment handling, GMP basics and operational routines.
• Support manufacturing, sampling and documentation tasks.

Eligibility / Qualifications
