Job Role & Responsibilities

Packing (Blister Packing)

• Operate and monitor blister packing lines.
• Ensure documentation accuracy for batch operations.
• Maintain GMP compliance during all packing activities.

Production (Compression / Granulation)

• Support manufacturing activities for solid dosage forms.
• Operate equipment used in granulation and tablet compression.
• Maintain batch records and follow SOPs.

Quality Assurance (Validation, Investigation, Market Complaints, Vendor Qualification, Artwork)

• Support process validation and preparation of related documents.
• Conduct investigations and handle market complaint documentation.
• Participate in vendor qualification and artwork review processes.

Quality Control (Raw Materials, Stability, Finished Product)

• Perform analysis of RM, stability, and finished products.
• Use HPLC and other analytical instruments.
• Document results in compliance with cGMP and GLP.

TT QC Validation (Method Validation / Transfer)

• Support method validation and method transfer activities.
• Perform analysis as per protocol requirements.
• Maintain validation documentation.

Engineering (Process Engineering)

• Maintain and implement mechanical/electrical engineering activities.
• Support process improvements and routine maintenance.

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

• Support safety audits, inspections, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical EHS standards.
• Assist with waste management and incident reporting.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Packing & Production: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (0–5 years)
• Quality Assurance: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (2–10 years)
• Quality Control: B.Sc, M.Sc (2–8 years)
• TT QC Validation: B.Sc, M.Sc (3–8 years)
• Engineering: BE (Electrical/Mechanical), Diploma (0–5 years)
• EHS: B.Sc, BE (Electrical/Mechanical), Diploma, ADIS certification preferred (0–5 years)
