Job Role & Responsibilities

Biological E is hiring for multiple departments at its Vaccine Manufacturing Facility in Hyderabad.

Production Department – Vaccine Manufacturing

Area of Work: Blending, Filling
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of vaccine blending and filling operations
• Monitoring batch processes and critical parameters
• Maintaining batch manufacturing records and GMP documentation
• Ensuring aseptic practices and contamination control
• Compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity standards

Manufacturing Department – Upstream & Downstream

Area of Work: Upstream, Downstream, Cell Culture, Media Fill (Viral & Bacterial Vaccines)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences)
Experience: 2–8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling upstream and downstream processing activities
• Cell culture operations for viral and bacterial vaccines
• Media preparation and media fill validation activities
• Equipment operation, cleaning, and process documentation
• Supporting technology transfer and scale-up activities

Engineering Department – Utilities & Instrumentation

Area of Work: Process Maintenance, Instrumentation, Water Systems
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE, EIE)
Experience: 2–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of manufacturing equipment and utilities
• Instrument calibration and troubleshooting
• Operation and maintenance of purified water and water-for-injection systems
• Documentation as per GMP and engineering SOPs

Eligibility / Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Tech (relevant disciplines)
• Prior experience in vaccine, biologics, or sterile manufacturing preferred
• Sound knowledge of GMP, aseptic practices, and regulatory compliance
