Job Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be part of the Quality Assurance – IPQA team, supporting day-to-day manufacturing quality operations for OSD formulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities during OSD manufacturing operations
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure adherence to approved BMRs and SOPs
- Review and verify batch manufacturing records and in-process documentation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements on the shop floor
- Support line clearance, equipment verification, and stage-wise process checks
- Participate in deviation handling, investigations, and implementation of CAPAs
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance readiness activities
This role requires strong shop-floor presence, attention to detail, and practical knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems in OSD plants.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
Candidates must have completed one of the following qualifications:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, MSc Chemistry, MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences, MSc Life Sciences
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or IPQA within OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Practical exposure to GMP documentation, in-process checks, and regulatory compliance is essential
