Job Role & Responsibilities
The CTT Specialist – I role supports clinical trial transparency operations across global and regional disclosure activities. The position involves structured data handling, document review, regulatory research, and collaboration with both clients and internal technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) team with data entry activities for assigned clinical studies.
- Enter clinical trial data directly into applicable global and regional registry systems.
- Communicate regularly with internal CTT team members to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Perform quality checks by reviewing documents and entered data with strong attention to detail.
- Support redaction and anonymization of clinical and non‑clinical documents to protect confidential and personal information.
- Author plain language summaries for clinical trial disclosures.
- Track study status and coordinate with client‑side Disclosure Coordinators when required.
- Develop subject matter expertise in clinical trial transparency by researching, interpreting, and applying global regulatory requirements.
- Support AI and technology enablement initiatives by acting as a subject matter expert for clinical trial transparency.
- Proactively manage timelines and flag risks to project coordinators and management.
- Support administrative maintenance of US and international clinical trial registry postings.
