Job Roles & Responsibilities

This recruitment drive covers multiple departments. Key responsibilities vary by role but align with pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality operations.

Production – Officer / Executive / Strip Operator

• Execute OSD manufacturing activities including granulation, compression, coating, and strip packing
• Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing records (BMR), SOPs, and GMP requirements
• Handle shift operations, equipment usage, and in-process controls
• Support production targets while maintaining compliance and quality standards

Quality Assurance – Officer / Executive

• Perform IPQA and documentation review activities
• Handle deviations, change control, CAPA, and batch release documentation
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines
• Support internal audits and quality system improvements

Quality Control – Officer / Executive (HPLC)

• Perform routine analysis using HPLC and other analytical instruments
• Conduct raw material, in-process, finished product, and stability testing
• Prepare and review analytical documentation as per GLP and GMP
• Support method validation, calibration, and investigation activities

Accounts / HR / Purchase – Officer / Executive

• Manage accounting entries, vendor coordination, procurement documentation, and HR operations
• Support payroll, compliance, purchase orders, and vendor management
• Maintain records, MIS reports, and inter-departmental coordination

Plant Maintenance / Electrician

• Handle plant maintenance activities, electrical systems, and utilities
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharma equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP requirements

Eligibility / Qualifications

Eligible candidates must have relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in OSD formulation units.
