Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Limited is conducting a large walk-in interview drive for experienced professionals across Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, ADL, F&D, Warehouse, and Packing functions. This hiring drive is aimed at strengthening its OSD and Injectable manufacturing operations and offers stable, long-term career growth in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Candidates with experience in oral solid dosage forms, injectables, analytical laboratories, quality systems, and warehouse operations are encouraged to attend. Immediate joiners with hands-on exposure to GMP-regulated pharma facilities will be preferred.

Job Roles & Responsibilities
Production – OSD & Injectable
Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation and supervision of OSD manufacturing activities including granulation, compression, coating, packing, and ointment preparation
- Injectable manufacturing exposure covering aseptic operations, SIP/CIP, bulk manufacturing, dry powder filling, and oral liquid processes
- Adherence to cGMP guidelines and production documentation
- Coordination with QA and QC during batch execution
Operator Roles (ITI / Diploma):
- Handling granulation, compression, tube filling, mixing, and dry powder operations
- Equipment operation and routine cleaning activities
Packing – OSD
Designation: Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of auto carton, strip, blister, and dry syrup packing machines
- Compliance with packaging SOPs and line clearance procedures
Warehouse (RM & PM Store)
Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and packing materials
- Inventory control and documentation as per GMP standards
Quality Assurance (QA)
Designation: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- IPQA activities for OSD and Injectable manufacturing
- Review of batch manufacturing records, APQR, validation, and QMS documentation
- Artwork management and compliance documentation
Quality Control (QC)
Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Raw material and finished product testing
- HPLC-based analysis under GLP environment
- Microbiology testing (male candidates preferred)
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Designation: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Method validation, stability studies, and method development
- HPLC, GC analysis and regulatory documentation
Formulation & Development (F&D)
Designation: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Core formulation development for injectables, semi-solids, solids, and oral liquids
- Support scale-up and technology transfer activities
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background (comma-separated):
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Com, BBA, ITI, Diploma
Experience Range:
- Production, Packing, Warehouse: 1–6 years
- QA, QC: 1–7 years
- ADL, F&D: 2–6 years
Candidates with prior exposure to regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments will be given preference.
