Job Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) – Officer to Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non‑routine analysis of raw materials, in‑process samples, finished products, and stability samples
- Operate and troubleshoot HPLC systems and other analytical instruments
- Conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines
- Execute analytical method validation and verification activities
- Maintain QC documentation in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and data integrity requirements
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Officer to Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods for drug products
- Perform method transfer and method verification activities
- Operate instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and dissolution apparatus
- Prepare protocols, reports, and regulatory‑compliant documentation
- Support stability studies and regulatory submissions
- Ensure compliance with GLP, cGMP, and data integrity principles
Production (OSD) – Officer to Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, and coating
- Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing records and SOPs
- Monitor critical process parameters and yield reconciliation
- Maintain GMP compliance during manufacturing operations
