Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance – Validation (Injectables)

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end validation activities in a regulated injectable manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Equipment qualification including autoclaves, vial washing machines, tunnels, filling machines, UAF, mobile carts, and DPB systems
• HVAC qualification and validation activities
• Utility qualification including PW, WFI, nitrogen, compressed air, and CO2 quantification
• Preparation and review of qualification protocols
• Designing and execution of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols
• Room and incubator mapping protocol preparation and execution
• Review of executed qualification reports as per approved protocols
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, validation guidelines, and regulatory expectations

This role plays a critical part in maintaining sterile manufacturing integrity, regulatory compliance, and product quality for injectable medicines.

Educational Qualification

M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm

Experience Requirement

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance – Validation
• Mandatory experience in regulated injectable manufacturing plants
• Strong knowledge of validation protocols, documentation, and regulatory guidelines

Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
