Job Role & Responsibilities
Production / Pilot Plant / Distillation
- Operation of pilot plant and distillation units
- Handling continuous flow and batch chemical processes
- Monitoring reactors, packing columns, and unit operations
- Maintaining batch records and GMP documentation
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handling QMS and documentation activities
- Supporting IPQA operations and batch review
- Managing deviations, change control, and compliance
- Preparing for internal and external audits
Quality Control (QC)
- Performing analysis using wet chemistry techniques
- Supporting analytical testing and documentation
- Ensuring GLP compliance in laboratory operations
Stores / EXIM / Purchase
- Material receipt, storage, and issuance
- SAP-based inventory and material management
- EXIM documentation and coordination
- Vendor coordination and purchase support
Engineering / Maintenance / Utilities
- Maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
