Job Roles & Responsibilities

Analytical Method Validation (1–5 Years)

• Execution of analytical method validation as per ICH and regulatory guidelines
• Preparation of validation protocols, reports, and data sheets
• Instrument calibration and documentation
• Supporting regulatory submissions and audits

Analytical Method Development (1–5 Years)

• Development and optimization of analytical methods
• Handling of HPLC, GC, UV, and related instruments
• Method transfer and troubleshooting
• Documentation in compliance with GMP and GLP standards

Formulation Development (1–3 Years)

• Development of solid and liquid dosage forms
• Conducting formulation trials and stability studies
• Scale-up support and technology transfer
• Coordination with analytical and QA teams

Quality Assurance – IPQA (0–6 Years)

• In-process quality monitoring during manufacturing
• Batch record review and line clearance activities
• Deviation handling, CAPA, and change control
• Ensuring GMP compliance on shop-floor operations

Production (3–7 Years)

• Execution of manufacturing activities as per SOPs
• Equipment operation and process optimization
• Documentation and adherence to cGMP guidelines
• Coordination with QA and engineering teams

Business Development (1–5 Years)

• Client coordination and business expansion activities
• Proposal preparation and market research
• Supporting contract manufacturing and project onboarding

Purchase (0–2 Years)

• Vendor coordination and procurement activities
• Material planning and inventory control
• Documentation and ERP system updates

Accounts (0–4 Years)

• Handling accounting entries, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Supporting audits and statutory compliance
• Financial documentation and reporting

Eligibility / Qualifications

Relevant educational backgrounds include:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences), Diploma in Pharmacy, MBA (Marketing), B.Com, M.Com, CA-Inter, or equivalent qualifications depending on role.
