Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Executive – IPQA (Biologics), you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day quality assurance oversight of biologics manufacturing activities. The role requires close coordination with production and quality teams to maintain compliance with GMP guidelines and internal quality systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to approved procedures and GMP requirements
- Performing line clearance checks to prevent cross-contamination and ensure equipment readiness
- Reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) on the shop floor for accuracy and completeness
- Identifying, documenting, and supporting deviation handling as per quality systems
- Overseeing sampling activities and in-process quality checks
- Verifying critical quality attributes during manufacturing operations
- Coordinating with Production, Quality Control, Engineering, and Warehouse teams
- Supporting audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews
- Communicating quality observations and compliance status to senior management
This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity and ensuring that biologics manufactured meet regulatory and patient safety standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in pharmacy or life sciences
