Job Role & Responsibilities
The Junior Medical Writer Intern will support medical writing and clinical teams across multiple documentation and research activities. This role is designed to build foundational skills in clinical documentation, regulatory standards, and scientific communication.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in preparation and formatting of clinical trial documents such as protocols, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, and study reports
• Supporting medical writers and medical leads in reviewing documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance
• Ensuring documents align with regulatory, ethical, and medical standards under guidance
• Coordinating document review cycles and tracking feedback from cross-functional teams including clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs
• Assisting in compiling documents for regulatory submissions such as INDs and NDAs under supervision
• Supporting ongoing clinical trials with documentation related to safety data, medical queries, and protocol amendments
• Conducting literature searches and summarizing scientific and clinical information
• Maintaining version control and documentation records as per internal quality standards
• Supporting preparation of presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
• Adhering to patient safety, data confidentiality, and ethical research practices

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, or related disciplines
