Job Role & Responsibilities

Executive – Quality Assurance (Sterile Injectable)

This role focuses on qualification, validation, and compliance activities for sterile injectable manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of qualification and validation of equipment, utilities, and facilities
• Preparation, review, and execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols
• Management and tracking of the Master Validation Schedule (MVS)
• Preparation and review of change controls and deviation documentation
• Planning, execution, and review of media fill protocols and reports
• Drafting, reviewing, and implementing qualification and validation SOPs
• Supporting global SOP rollouts and training systems
• Cross-functional coordination with production, engineering, and QC teams
• Ensuring continuous GMP compliance in sterile manufacturing areas
