Job Role & Responsibilities
The Healthcare Executive role is a full-time field-based sales position responsible for driving business growth within an assigned geographical territory. The role combines strategic sales planning, customer engagement, and operational execution.
Strategic & Sales Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales budgets for the defined territory • Develop a clear understanding of individual and team sales objectives • Prepare and review monthly sales plans, product-wise and territory-wise • Collaborate with the District Manager to design effective sales strategies • Conduct sales analytics to identify key growth drivers and priority stakeholders • Provide inputs for sales forecasting and rolling sales plans • Monitor salvage levels and assist in maintaining them within acceptable limits
Customer Engagement & Promotion
• Classify medical practitioners into A, B, and C categories based on business potential • Plan call frequency based on doctor importance and sales objectives • Deliver customized promotional messages aligned with customer needs • Conduct detailed product discussions highlighting efficacy, clinical data, and research updates • Maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, chemists, and wholesalers • Build long-term engagement with Key Opinion Leaders and key accounts
Operational & Process Responsibilities
• Visit chemists and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility • Track competitor activity through market visits and feedback collection • Book retailer orders to meet market demand • Ensure proper display of point-of-sale promotional materials • Follow approved tour programs and coverage plans strictly • Prepare and submit daily activity and call reports as per defined processes • Collect and maintain hospital-related data including purchase patterns and rate contracts • Forward adverse events and product complaints as per SOPs and compliance guidelines • Execute product promotion campaigns for new and existing brands • Track hospital purchase trends within the territory
Training, Compliance & People Responsibilities
• Mentor trainee PSOs and field trainees when assigned • Share best practices and field learnings with team members • Adhere strictly to Pfizer policies, SOPs, and compliance standards • Demonstrate Pfizer’s global values in all professional interactions • Act as custodian of compliance-related activities within the territory • Follow the annual training calendar for continuous skill development
Financial & Technology Responsibilities
• Assist in collection of receivables where applicable • Ensure proper utilization of product samples and promotional materials • Maintain accurate expense reporting and financial documentation • Use technology platforms for sales reporting, analytics, and field effectiveness • Adopt new digital tools to enhance customer engagement and territory management
Eligibility / Qualifications

Required qualifications:
