Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work under experienced supervisors and gradually build technical and operational expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities
- Operate manufacturing machines and equipment as per approved SOPs
- Follow GMP guidelines, safety protocols, and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing areas and equipment
- Support documentation activities including batch records and logbooks
- Coordinate with team members to achieve shift-wise production targets
- Adhere strictly to company policies and compliance requirements
- Work in rotational shifts as per operational needs
