Job Role & Responsibilities

R&D / Process Development – Fresher, Assistant, Officer

The selected candidates will work within the Research and Development or Process Development department, contributing to laboratory research, process optimization, and documentation activities essential to pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of laboratory experiments related to process development
• Support in synthesis, optimization, and scale-up of chemical processes
• Maintenance of laboratory notebooks and technical documentation
