Job Role & Responsibilities

Injectable Packing – Officer / Executive

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Professionals selected for injectable packing roles will be responsible for executing and supervising packing operations in a regulated sterile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating injectable packing machines including manual, semi-automatic, and automatic systems as per approved SOPs
• Packing finished injectable products according to defined pack size, quantity, and labeling specifications
• Verification of batch numbers, MRP, manufacturing dates, and expiry details
• Achieving required packing speeds and output targets without compromising quality
• Performing visual inspection of packed products for leakage, damage, particulate matter, or labeling errors
• Ensuring strict adherence to GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety norms applicable to injectable facilities
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of packing areas as per 5S standards
• Reporting deviations, rejections, breakdowns, or abnormalities to supervisors immediately
• Supporting audit readiness and compliance documentation related to packing activities
