Job Role & Responsibilities

The Healthcare Data Analyst will support data-driven decision-making for US healthcare clients by managing, analyzing, and interpreting large healthcare datasets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data validation and reasonability checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets related to US payer, provider, and pharmacy data.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data based on various business parameters.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from healthcare datasets.
  • Prepare structured reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Work independently on assigned analytical tasks while meeting defined deadlines.
  • Read and interpret US health insurance plan benefits and related documentation.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, statistical understanding, and the ability to translate raw data into meaningful business insights for healthcare clients.


Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Pharma, Healthcare, Insurance, or related field.

Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BSc Healthcare, MSc Healthcare Management, BSc Statistics, MSc Statistics, BSc Mathematics, MSc Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Insurance and Risk Management, Life Sciences, Health Economics.

Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience in healthcare analytics or related domains.
  • Freshers from 2026 batch are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SQL (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
