Job Role and Responsibilities

The Clinical Trial Specialist will support Clinical Trial Leads and Clinical Trial Managers in the execution and coordination of pharmaceutical clinical trials. The role plays an important part in ensuring clinical trials are conducted according to regulatory standards, research protocols, and quality compliance guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day‑to‑day clinical trial operations and ensuring milestones are achieved according to project timelines
  • Assisting with trial setup, execution, monitoring, and close‑out activities
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date clinical trial information in internal tracking systems
  • Collaborating with global cross‑functional teams including CRO partners, research investigators, and vendors
  • Supporting site feasibility assessments and documentation management
  • Assisting in Trial Master File (TMF) setup, maintenance, and compliance checks
  • Coordinating investigator meetings and site training sessions
  • Participating in clinical data cleaning activities and trial data reviews
  • Assisting with the implementation of patient‑focused recruitment strategies for clinical trials
  • Ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs

This role is critical to ensuring clinical trial quality, regulatory compliance, and successful execution of global pharmaceutical research programs.

Eligibility and Qualifications
