Job Role & Responsibilities

Production & Packing (OSD Manufacturing)

• Handle granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, and capsule filling operations
• Manage primary and secondary packing processes including blister packing and labeling
• Ensure adherence to GMP and SOPs in pharmaceutical production
• Monitor batch manufacturing and process optimization

Maintenance (Plant & HVAC)

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing and packing equipment
• Maintain HVAC systems including AHU, dehumidifiers, and BMS systems
• Support utility systems and ensure uninterrupted plant operations
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in granulation, coating, and packing lines

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analysis of finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples
• Conduct stability studies and dissolution testing
• Handle analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, and dissolution apparatus
• Perform analytical method validation and documentation

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Manage validation, qualification, and documentation processes
• Handle deviation reports, ITQA, and compliance activities
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and audit readiness

Warehouse / Stores

• Manage raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods inventory
• Maintain documentation and compliance with warehouse SOPs
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for material flow

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, B.Com, BA
• Relevant Courses: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology

Experience Required

• 2 to 10 years depending on role

Key Skills
