Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Handle QMS activities including deviation management, CAPA, and documentation
• Perform qualification and validation activities (process validation, utilities, injectables)
• Manage IPQA activities and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
• Support audits and regulatory inspections

Quality Control (QC)

• Conduct analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC for RM, PM, and finished goods
• Perform analytical method validation (AMV)
• Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure GLP compliance

Microbiology

• Perform environmental monitoring (EM), sterility testing, BET, and microbial limit testing (MLT)
• Maintain microbiological documentation and quality systems
• Support aseptic area monitoring and compliance activities

Production (Injectable)

• Handle aseptic manufacturing processes including filling and sealing operations
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines
• Maintain batch records and production documentation
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for process compliance

These roles are critical in ensuring pharmaceutical product quality, regulatory compliance, and safe manufacturing of injectable formulations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology), B.Tech (Biotechnology)

Experience

• 2 to 8 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience in QA, QC, microbiology, or injectable production
• Familiarity with analytical instruments like HPLC
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing and validation processes
