Job Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling critical quality assurance functions within the injectable manufacturing unit. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities in compliance with GMP guidelines
- Handle deviation management and ensure proper investigation and closure
- Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Execute and review change control processes
- Ensure documentation compliance and audit readiness
- Support internal and external audits in regulated environments
- Maintain adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements
This role is crucial for maintaining quality standards in sterile manufacturing processes, directly impacting patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy
Experience:
- 1 to 4 years in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
- Experience in injectable or sterile manufacturing is mandatory
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in deviation handling, CAPA, and change control
- Good documentation and audit handling skills
