Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will be responsible for overseeing clinical trial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality data standards in BA/BE studies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct site visits, audits, and ensure adherence to clinical study requirements
- Review clinical data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and ALCOA compliance
- Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams for smooth trial execution
- Prepare and review essential clinical trial documents and reports
- Ensure proper documentation aligned with GDP standards
- Identify and resolve issues related to study conduct and data quality
- Mentor and guide junior CRAs and clinical staff
- Support regulatory submissions and inspections
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring ethical, compliant, and efficient execution of bioequivalence studies, contributing directly to drug approval and patient safety.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc Life Sciences, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Biochemistry, Microbiology
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of GCP, GDP, and ALCOA principles
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and clinical trial processes
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as CRA in BA/BE studies
