Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, GC, IR, Dissolution, and AAS
- Maintain QC documentation and ensure compliance with QMS requirements
- Review analytical data and GMP documentation
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle IPQA activities and ensure in-process compliance
- Manage QMS, validation, qualification, and audit-related activities
- Perform batch release and vendor qualification processes
- Maintain documentation aligned with regulatory requirements
Production (OSD)
- Operate and troubleshoot granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling machines
- Execute production activities in compliance with GMP standards
- Maintain production documentation and ensure process efficiency
Packaging
- Handle blister packing and liquid packaging operations
- Perform machine operations, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to packaging standards and regulatory compliance
Engineering
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery and utility systems
- Handle instrumentation, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing equipment
Store
- Manage material receipt, storage, and issuance
- Prepare goods receipt reports and maintain inventory records
- Handle dispensing of raw and packing materials
- Work with SAP systems for inventory management

Educational Qualification:
B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, D.Pharmacy, B.E (Mechanical/Instrumentation), ITI, Diploma, Any Graduate with Material Management
Relevant Courses:
B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, D.Pharmacy, B.E Mechanical Engineering, B.E Instrumentation, Diploma Mechanical, ITI Electrical, ITI Fitter, Material Management
Experience:
- QC: 2–10 Years
- QA: 2–12 Years

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing operations
