Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Sterile Manufacturing

• Manufacture sterile infusion products using BFS, FFS, and Bottle Pack systems
• Operate plastic parenteral filling machines and monitor production performance
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR)
• Perform line clearance before batch initiation
• Monitor process parameters and maintain consistency in production
• Follow cleanroom discipline and contamination control procedures
• Handle deviations and support troubleshooting activities

This role provides practical exposure to injectable manufacturing, one of the fastest-growing and high-paying segments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc (Chemistry/Life Sciences), M.Sc (Chemistry/Life Sciences)

Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry

• Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers eligible)
