Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA Manager)

• Oversee overall QA systems, compliance, and regulatory readiness
• Manage audits, validation, deviations, and CAPA processes
• Ensure adherence to GMP and global regulatory guidelines
• Lead QA team and maintain documentation integrity

IPQA (Officer / Executive / Fresher)

• Perform in-process quality assurance checks
• Monitor manufacturing activities and ensure compliance
• Handle documentation, batch records, and SOP adherence
• Support validation and quality monitoring processes

Engineering (Sr. Executive)

• Manage equipment maintenance and utility systems
• Ensure smooth functioning of production and packaging lines
• Handle preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain engineering documentation and compliance

HR & Admin (Sr. Executive)

• Handle recruitment, payroll, and administrative operations
• Support employee engagement and compliance activities
• Manage documentation and HR processes

Business Development / International Business
