Job Role & Responsibilities

Multiple roles are open across departments. Key responsibilities vary by function:

Production (Injectable & OSD)

• Operate aseptic filling, filtration, vial washing, autoclave, and microsphere manufacturing systems
• Handle granulation, compression, liquid manufacturing, and packing operations
• Maintain batch records, electronic documentation, and GMP compliance
• Manage deviation, change control, and SOP adherence

Quality Control (Microbiology & OSD)

• Perform microbiological testing (Sterility, BET, MLT, GPT)
• Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, dissolution apparatus
• Handle stability, in-process, finished product (FP), and raw material (RM) analysis
• Perform method validation, transfer, and documentation review

Technology Transfer & Validation

• Prepare BMR, BPR, validation protocols, and reports
• Execute scale-up, exhibit, and process validation batches
• Handle equipment qualification, cleaning validation, HVAC and water system validation
• Support CSV, SAP validation, and regulatory documentation

Engineering & Projects

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
• Handle instrumentation systems (BMS, EMS, DCS)
• Execute project installation, commissioning, and facility design coordination
• Maintain maintenance logs, training records, and compliance documentation

Warehouse

• Manage receipt and dispensing of raw and packing materials
• Handle GRN, SAP, WMS, and QMS systems
• Maintain inventory and documentation compliance

These roles are critical in ensuring pharmaceutical product quality, regulatory compliance, and large-scale drug manufacturing efficiency.
