Job Role & Responsibilities

As a PMO Executive/Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical projects for regulated markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project feedback to management.
  • Presenting updates and progress reports to business partners and management.
  • Managing global product launches and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Developing and implementing project plans covering all aspects of execution.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams and conducting status meetings.
  • Identifying and reporting roadblocks to management to avoid delays.
  • Monitoring and managing project scope, budget, forecasts, resources, and deliverables.
  • Preparing comprehensive project status reports including budget, timelines, and risks.
  • Developing risk mitigation strategies and escalating critical issues to leadership.
  • Ensuring backward integration of launch timelines and adherence across internal and external teams.
  • Supporting planning teams on inventory allocation based on market requirements.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, MBA (Pharma/Project Management preferred).
  • Experience: 3–4 years in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to handle global regulatory requirements and launch planning.
    • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
