Role

As a Clinical Chart Reviewer, your primary responsibilities will include:

Reviewing the patient’s longitudinal medical record and providing insights into potential conditions based on various data points.
Conducting thorough evaluations of patient documents to identify any missed chronic diagnoses.

Qualification: MBBS

Experience: 0-10 years

Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday
