Production & Packing Department

Executive

• Qualification: BPharm/MPharm
• Experience: 2-5 years in Oral Solid Dosage
• Work Location: Pondicherry/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling areas
• Batch packaging activities such as Dispensing Line clearance, Overprinting, Blister/carton specimen approval
• Functioning of primary and secondary packing machines
• Handling RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating & Capsule Filling machines
• Execution and review of BMR & BPR
• Daily cleaning activity and preventive maintenance

Warehouse Department

Executive

• Experience: 2-5 years from Pharma Industry
• Work Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• GRN processing for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials
• Planning and execution of sampling and dispensing activities
• Periodical cleaning activities of Goods lift, racks, weighing balances, etc.
• Coordination with other departments for smooth warehouse functioning

IPQA (Quality Assurance) Department

Executive

• Qualification: BPharm/MPharm
• Experience: 2-5 years in Oral Solid Dosage
• Work Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• In-process checks in production and packing area
• Line clearance at every stage of manufacturing
• Sampling activity during different production stages
• Handling and investigation of Incident, Deviation, Change control, CAPA, DOS, OOS
• Adherence to SOP, GMP, Safety & Data Integrity

Facility & Engineering (Utility/Instrumentation) Department

Executive

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering
• Experience: 2-5 years in Oral Solid Dosage
• Work Location: Pondicherry/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous availability of Utility services to Production Plants
• Ensure Utility output meets specified process parameters
• Routine Validation Test for HVAC system, Compressed air system, and Water System
• Instruments calibration of process equipment
• Troubleshooting knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA systems
