Position Overview: Role: Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator

Duration: 12 months (may be extended)

Age Requirement: Below 35 years (as of 31-12-2023)

Remuneration: INR 35,000 (Consolidated)

Project: “An International, randomized double blind, Placebo-Controlled study to evaluate the effect of Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate on Arrhythmia-Related cardiovascular Outcomes in participants on Chronic Hemodialysis with recurrent Hyperkalaemia” (DIALIZE -Outcomes)

Responsibilities: As a JIPMER Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the DIALIZE-Outcomes study. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Study Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the clinical trial, ensuring compliance with protocols.
2. Patient Database Management: Utilize your computer skills for accurate data entry and management of patient-level databases.
3. Qualification: Possess a Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Paramedical Sciences/Pharm.D.
4. Clinical Expertise: Bring a minimum of one year of clinical trial experience to contribute to the success of the study.
5. Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective communication, especially proficiency in Tamil, for engaging with participants and the research team.
6. Urgent Recruitment: Only candidates able to join by 01-01-2024 need to apply due to the urgent nature of these positions.
7. Temporary Basis: Understand that this position is purely temporary/contractual for the specified period and project.
