Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: As a Trainee Research Associate in the Discovery Biology Department, your responsibilities will include:

• Application of Cell/Molecular Biology techniques.
• Compound screening in cell-based and biochemical assays.
• Developing and validating biological assays to support projects.
• Standardization of assays and troubleshooting.
• Engineering stable cell lines for cell-based assays.
• Contributing to the Internal Target Database for drug discovery targets.
• Data generation, analysis, compilation, and report preparation.
• Regularly updating data and exploring scientific journals for new techniques.

Skills Required:

• Strong scientific knowledge in assay development and validation.
• Tissue culture understanding and cell work handling.
• Skills in in vitro and/or in vivo assay development.

Qualifications and Requirements
