Job Description:
Role Overview:
As a member of the Regulatory Affairs team at VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to CDSCO & DCGI.
Responsibilities:
- Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Retention License application of all forms (Form28, Form28D, Form25&Form28E).
- Document Preparation related to Institutional Sales/Tenders.
- Obtain Legal documents from DCA, Hyderabad.
- Grant & renewal of Loan Licenses.
- Preparation & Submission of Grant & renewal for WHO-GMP certificate (COPP’s).
- Preparation & Submission of additional products for all forms.
- Preparation & Submission of Grant & renewal for Test License to DCA.
- Preparation & Submission of Testing and Manufacturing licenses for Medical Devices to CDSCO.
- Preparation & Submission for Grant & Renewal of Manufacturing License for Ayurvedic Products.
- Perform other day-to-day tasks as assigned.
