Job Title: Senior Manager , AGM in Analytical R&D Department

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: MSc , M Pharma in Pharmaceutical Analysis
• Experience: 15 to 18 Years in ARD Department

Job Description:

1. Develop and validate HPLC, GC, and wet analysis methods for raw materials, intermediates, APIs, carryover, and decomposition studies.
2. Provide continuous in-process support to CRD using HPLC, GC, and wet analysis systems.
3. Exposure to LCMS/GCMS techniques, including method development and validations, is desirable.
4. Offer technical support to QCs on methods and materials.
5. Support the regulatory department in filings, addressing deficiencies, and providing justifications.
6. Train scientists, ensure effective teamwork, and individual growth.
7. Ensure adequate usage of resources, GLP compliance, and lab safety practices.
8. Stay updated on current guidance documents issued by regulatory agencies.
