Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective functioning of PV projects in compliance with client agreements and regulations.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Manage quality, compliance, and documentation across PV projects.
• Monitor workload and address personnel management concerns that may impact work quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance with agreements and regulations.
• Author and review SOPs and relevant documents as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Experience

• More than 4 years of experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry, with over 3 years in pharmacovigilance.
• Strong awareness of global regulatory and pharmacovigilance environments.
• Experience in line management with exceptional people and time management skills.
