Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As the Quality Assurance (IPQA) Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the IPQA team to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
• Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Managing batch release processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits to maintain USFDA compliance.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures to enhance product quality and minimize risks.
• Training and mentoring team members on quality assurance best practices and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: B Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 14-18 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in IPQA, QMS, and batch release.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of USFDA regulations, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
