Role Overview: AGM/DGM (Quality Assurance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive initiatives in IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance), Validation, QMS (Quality Management System), Laboratory QA, and Audit Compliance.
- Handle sterility assurance for injectable, sterile, and parenteral manufacturing processes.
- Manage regulatory audits, including EU, MHRA, US-FDA, TGA, MCC, INVIMA, WHO, and local GMP inspections.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or MSc.
- Experience: 15 to 22 years in QA within injectable, sterile, and parenteral manufacturing.
- Must have experience working in a regulatory-compliant plant.
- Expertise in sterility assurance for ophthalmic bulk solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of validation and audit preparation.
