Experience
- 6 to 8 Years
Required Skills
- Strong exposure to In Process Quality Assurance in Oral Solid Dosages manufacturing.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 15 members. Must be a good team player.
- Proficient in the preparation of Electronic BMR/BPRs.
- Experience in handling USFDA audits and customer audits.
Job Description
As a Team Lead in Quality Assurance (OSD) at Aizant Drugs Research Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing In Process Quality Assurance activities for Oral Solid Dosages.
- Leading and managing a team of 15 members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Preparation and review of Electronic Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Handling USFDA audits and customer audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Quality Assurance – IPQA (OSD)
In the Quality Assurance department, specifically in In Process Quality Assurance for Oral Solid Dosages, the team is responsible for ensuring that each step of the manufacturing process meets the highest quality standards. This involves continuous monitoring, documentation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
