Job Role & Responsibilities

Manufacturing / Packing – Associate & Operator

• Execute solid oral dosage manufacturing activities including granulation, pellet coating, compression, coating, capsule filling, and sachet filling
• Handle primary packing operations such as blister packing and secondary packing using cartonators and labelling machines
• Maintain batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and GMP documentation
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and quality standards

Manufacturing / Packing – Officer & Senior Officer

• Supervise OSD manufacturing and packing operations across primary and secondary packing lines
• Monitor process parameters, yields, and in-process quality checks
• Support deviation handling, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives

Production – MES (PAS-X)

• Design, troubleshoot, and simplify Master Batch Records (MBR) in PAS-X MES systems
• Support integration of shop-floor equipment with MES and PCS elements
• Manage alias preparation and digital manufacturing workflows
• Ensure data integrity and compliance in electronic batch records

Quality Control – Officer & Senior Officer

• Perform analysis of finished products, raw materials, in-process, and stability samples
• Conduct dissolution testing, PMQC activities, and analytical method validation
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements

Stores / Warehouse Operations

• Manage raw material, packing material, and finished goods inventory
• Handle inward, outward, and documentation activities as per GMP norms
• Coordinate with production and QA for material issuance and reconciliation

Maintenance – Plant & HVAC

• Maintain manufacturing and packing equipment including granulation, compression, coating, blister, and strip machines
• Support HVAC systems, utilities, and preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain maintenance documentation in compliance with GMP requirements

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

10th Pass, 12th Pass with ITI, ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E (Electrical)

Experience Requirements

• Manufacturing / Packing: 2 to 10 years
• MES (PAS-X): 2 to 8 years
• Quality Control: 2 to 8 years
• Stores / Warehouse: 4 to 10 years
• Maintenance / HVAC: 3 to 10 years

• Job Locations: Dahej (Gujarat), Guwahati (Assam – preference to local candidates)
