Key Responsibilities of a PC Triage and Intake Associate at Amgen

As a PC Triage and Intake Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of Amgen’s products. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Triage and Intake: Perform initial book-in activities for Product Complaints (PCs), Adverse Events (AEs), and Other Safety Findings (OSFs) in the global intake system.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with global and local procedural documents, including Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
3. Document Management: Append additional information or documents to cases as they are received.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of PC, AE, and OSF records.
5. Continuous Improvement: Support the translation of market information to drive process improvements.
6. Training: Work within the Quality Management System framework, completing all required training and adhering to controlled documentation.

Qualifications and Experience Required
