Open Positions & Eligibility Criteria
Production Department – API Manufacturing
- Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Officer
- Experience Required: 2 to 7 years
- Qualification: MSc (Organic Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations: Execute batch initiation and oversee production processes, ensuring strict compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Equipment Handling: Operate and calibrate critical instruments like balances, micronizers, sifters, milling machines, and blenders.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, validation protocols, and reports.
- Quality & Coordination: Work closely with QA, QC, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Re-Packing Area: Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical API powder processing, micronization, sifting, milling, compaction, and blending.
Candidate Profile
- Education: MSc in Organic Chemistry / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in API manufacturing & production
- Skills: GMP compliance, documentation review, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Age Criteria: 18 years & above
