Qualification Criteria

Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in the following disciplines:

ITI / Diploma

BSc / MSc (Chemistry or Life Sciences)

B Pharm / M.Pharm

B.E (Chemical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering streams)

Required Experience and Skills

Applicants should have relevant hands-on experience in the following areas of injectable pharmaceutical production:

Sterile/Parenteral manufacturing

Aseptic area operations

Filling, sealing, and filtration processes

Batch manufacturing records (BMRs)

QMS and cGMP adherence

Autoclave and terminal sterilization

Primary & secondary packing of injectables

Dosage Forms and Lines Handled:

Vials, Lyophilized (LYO), PFS, Ophthalmics, Cartridges, BFS/Bags

Machine Exposure (Preferred):

Groninger, Optima, Bosch, Steriline – Filling & Sealing Plumat, Pharma lab – Packing

Fedegree Steam Sterilizer

Dyno Truking Machines, Packing Labelling Units
