Job Overview

1. Engineering Department – Process Maintenance

Role: Technician / Executive
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, ECE, or EEE
Experience: 2 to 5 years in a regulated pharmaceutical plant

Responsibilities:

• Handling preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment in OSD manufacturing

• Maintaining HVAC, water systems, AHU units, and production machinery

• Troubleshooting equipment failures during manufacturing operations

• Ensuring documentation as per GMP guidelines

• Coordinating with production and quality teams for smooth operation

Candidate Profile:

• Must have hands-on experience in process maintenance within pharma formulation units

• Sound knowledge of cGMP compliance and regulatory expectations

• Proficiency in documentation and SOP adherence

• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Production Department – OSD Manufacturing

Role: Operator / Technical Assistant / Executive
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BSc / B Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 1 to 6 years in pharma formulation

Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring OSD manufacturing equipment such as:

  • Granulation (RMG, FBP)

  • Compression (Tablet Press)

  • Coating (Auto Coaters)

  • Capsule Filling Machines

• Ensuring compliance with batch records, GMP practices, and SOPs

• Coordinating with QA, QC, and engineering for daily production targets

• Participating in validation and calibration activities

• Reporting deviations and maintaining logbooks and records

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in regulated plants (USFDA, MHRA, WHO) preferred

• Good understanding of manufacturing workflows and cGMP standards

• Should be capable of managing shift activities independently

• Candidates with hands-on exposure to validations and qualifications will be given preference
