Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance – QMS & Market Complaints
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing quality management system activities and handling market complaints in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing QMS documentation, revisions, and implementation
- Handling market complaints and conducting investigations
- Performing root cause analysis and CAPA management
- Coordinating with manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Supporting internal and external audits and inspections
- Maintaining complaint trending, reporting, and closure timelines
This role directly contributes to product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across marketed pharmaceutical products.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Sciences, M.Sc Chemistry or equivalent
Experience Requirement
- 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance
- Hands-on exposure to QMS and market complaint handling
- Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and audit processes
Key Skills Preferred
